GE Zoneline Makeup Air VTACs all come standard with Perfect Control. Makeup air meets your buildings’ fresh air requirements to ensure proper ventilation without the cost or space required by rooftop units. Makeup air balances the pressure within a building and improves air quality by bringing fresh air in, which reduces stale air and odors.
2-Ton Perfect Control provides a one-size-fits-all VTAC with an operating range of 5,000 – 24,000 BTUs. With its variable speed inverter, you no longer have to worry about room size. Say goodbye to rooms that are too hot, too cold, too loud or too humid.

Quick Temperature Recovery & Quiet Ramp-Ups
A faster, yet still quiet, startup cycle. When a guest turns on the unit or adjusts the temperature, the Perfect Control technology allows the unit to increase output until desired temperature is reach and with its variable speed compressor the noise is greatly reduced.
Energy Savings & Reduced Operating Costs
The variable-speed compressor drastically reduces energy-intensive startup cycles, which can help save money on electricity and utility costs. The enhanced thermodynamic properties of its new R454B refrigerant (the most environmentally friendly refrigerant on the market with a GWP of 466) results in higher heat transfer efficiency, ultimately reducing energy consumption.
Dehumidification Performance
The dehumidification sentinel provides moisture removal by automatically turning on to ensure desired humidity levels and provide peak comfort for guests. A true set-it-and-forget-it design means no need to manually control humidity levels – it will automatically turn on and off – and it only turns on once the humidity threshold is reached to provide an energy savings benefit.
Heat Pump Down to 0° F
The variable speed compressor and advanced defrost capability allow for the best-in-class heat pump operation down to 0° F.
Performance
Perfect Control technology senses temperature and humidity onboard the unit and occupancy via optional wall thermostats. Proprietary heat load algorithms sense room size to automatically adjust output and target comfortable humidity levels.

Warranty:
LIMITED ONE-YEAR WARRANTY: GE Appliances will replace any part of the air conditioner which fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Includes all labor and related service costs to replace the defective part.
LIMITED FIVE-YEAR WARRANTY: GE Appliances will replace Sealed Refrigerating System, if any part of the sealed refrigerating system (the compressor, condenser, evaporator and all connecting tubing) should fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship. Includes all labor and related service costs to replace the defective part.
*LIMITED SECOND THROUGH FIFTH YEAR WARRANTY (Vertical Zoneline Only): GE Appliances will replace Fan Motors, Switches, Heater, Heater Protectors, Compressor Overload, Solenoids, Circuit Boards, Auxiliary Controls, Thermistors, Frost Controls, ICR Pump, Capacitors, Varistors and Indoor Blower Bearing, if any of these parts should fail due to a defect in materials or workmanship. During this additional four-year limited warranty, you will be responsible for any labor and related service costs.
